Take A Roman Road Trip!

Have you ever walked the Roman Road?

No, we’re not talking about a street in Georgia, or even in Italy. We’re talking about a path that is much more rewarding. A path that leads to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Romans 3:23 says we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God. Because we are all sinners we all have the same price to pay. Death. It is the payment for sin.

But God made a way out of it for us.

He sent his son, Jesus.

He did it because He loved us so much. He even said if we believe on His son we would not die, but have everlasting life. Jesus died on a cross at Calvary as payment for our sin. On the third day he rose from the grave and is now seated at the right hand of God the father.

He took our debt and paid it for us by His shed blood. He became our substitute so that through Him we could be reconciled to God.

We don’t deserve it. We can’t earn it with good deeds or works. We can’t buy it. But, we can accept it.

That’s all it takes.

Just confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus Christ and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead and you will be saved.

If you would like to start a relationship with Jesus, say a little prayer like this one,

“Jesus, I know that you are God’s son. I know that you shed your blood for me. Come in to my heart. Save me. I make you Lord of my life. Amen.”

If you just prayed this prayer, you have begun a new life in Christ.

It is my hope that you will get involved in a good Bible believing church and begin to learn more about our Lord and Savior, Jesus.
